How to Install VMware Tools on SuSE 10

• Right click on the Virtual Machine and select “Install VMware Tools.”
• cp /media/dvdVMwareTools-3.0.2-52542.tar.gz /tmp
• cd /tmp
• tar xzf VMwareTools-3.0.2-52542.tar.gz

• /tmp/vmware-tools-distrib/vmware-install.pl

Then just select defaults for all the questions.
